Oversaw all teams, scheduling, and events as an administrative manager for the youth baseball league in Lompoc, California as part of the Giants Community Fund aimed at providing a supportive, active, and healthy environment for children in underprivileged communities, instilling values in teamwork, confidence, and leadership skills.

Secured fields, created practice and game schedules for the entire league that accommodated all teams, in charge of hiring volunteers and coaches, planned events throughout the league season, tracked incentive programs for each team, oversaw practice and game day operations, designated league-wide rosters, generated an end of season executive report, highlighting how to make the program better for following seasons.
