Logistics of the planning effort included, but was not limited to: hosting detailed planning meetings with clients to create and organize event timelines, onsite catering operations, menu management and enhancements, and venue set up diagrams, customized for each client. Coordination throughout the events entailed providing detailed execution of timeline, set up, guest management, and staff oversight. Communication with and management of vendors would start during the planning process and was maintained throughout the event, ensuring every client has a smooth, easy, and enjoyable experience.
