Rpta 420: festival management

In my senior year at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo I took a Festival Management class. The final project for the class, which I worked on throughout the entirety of the quarter, was to create a fake festival to be held at Avila Beach Golf Resort, and I decided to create a 2-day country music festival.

  • Full marketing plan from 9 months through post-event including sample social media posts and a giveaway
