I worked with the San Francisco Giants Community Fund as a Jr. Giants ambassador for 2 years in the Lompoc, CA league.

I ran a little league baseball program for girls and boys aged 8-13.

Some duties included: 

• Renting out fields for practices and games

• Posting on both Facebook and Instagram page with updates and pictures

• Selecting and interviewing a player and coach of the week every week

• Arranging times for practices for all teams and game days

• Heading to San Francisco to work a glove drive so I could bring back gloves to the kids in my league for them to keep

• Lessons at practices about teamwork, integrity, leadership, etc.

• Tracking incentive progress for each child in the league

• Keeping track of inventory

• Running game and practice days

• Communication with parents, volunteers, and coaches

• Keep coaches on track to make sure they are tracking incentives online and ensuring they are keeping aligned with the goals and values of the Jr. Giants

• Sending weekly newsletters
